If you Block a Sender by accident in TypeApp, you can Unblock this Sender to continue receiving emails from this address. This can be done both for a single email address and for a domain.
However, if your provider’s spam filter identified something as spam, it will move these mails to the Spam folder and we will not be able to change this. Even if we tried, your provider would move it back to Spam.
To Unblock a Sender in TypeApp: Go to Spam folder | select the email you wish to Unblock | 3-dot-menu | Unblock Sender | confirm with OK.
